Included on the tour will be a live/work space in the Raleigh Times Building, historic downtown rentals in the Capital Apartments, single family homes in the Village at Pilot Mill, a large scale historic rehab in the Cotton Mill, luxury condominiums like the newly built Park Devereaux, Paramount, and The Hudson, a HOPE VI affordable housing project in the Capital Park development, and much more.

The tour will be held, rain or shine, on Saturday, May 21, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The ticket price will be $10. Tickets can be purchased by cash or check at the Raleigh Urban Design Center, 133 Fayetteville Street Mall.
